As part of Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery organization, this role will shape the operational intelligence and internal capabilities that keep Spark Driver earnings accurate, reliable, and scalable. You’ll define how we measure earnings health, strengthen our analytics and reporting foundations, and build tools that help teams identify and resolve issues quickly. This is a highly cross-functional, data-intensive space, and we’re looking for a hands‑on product leader who can move comfortably between strategy and detail. You’ll partner across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Operations, Accounting, and Compliance to turn ambiguous problems into durable products and operating mechanisms.
The Last Mile Delivery team builds and scales products that make every aspect of delivery faster, simpler, and more transparent—for both customers and the drivers who make it happen. Within Driver Earnings, we own the experiences, data, and platforms that help ensure thousands of independent drivers are disbursed accurately and can clearly understand their earnings.
You’re an expert communicator. You’re analytically strong and comfortable using complex data to define metrics, test assumptions, and surface actionable insights. You understand how data models, reporting, internal tools, and operational processes work together to support reliable products. You bring structure to ambiguous, cross‑functional problems and move work forward independently. You build trust quickly, take ownership, and communicate complex ideas clearly across technical, operational, and executive audiences. You’re curious about practical applications of AI and automation. Experience with regulated financial systems, SOX, or ITGC controls is a plus. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
