Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for complex products that help sellers manage and grow their fulfillment business. You will drive roadmaps, partner with engineering and design, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver measurable seller outcomes.

You will mentor peers, manage risk, and identify AI opportunities to accelerate innovation across the product lifecycle, with a focus on visibility into performance and scalable solutions for marketplace

Qualifications

Proven experience driving product strategy and roadmaps for complex products.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
Data-driven decision making and experimentation.
Familiarity with AI/ML inference and API integration.
Ability to translate insights into prioritized initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Experience leading product lifecycle from discovery to value realization.

Responsibilities

Drive product strategy and roadmap development for complex product sets.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery to scaling.
Use data analysis to inform prioritization and validate assumptions.
