Job summary

Stripe is seeking a product manager to shape the Dashboard strategy, amplify its impact across the company, and accelerate Stripe's mission to increase the GDP of the internet. You’ll evolve the Dashboard to meet the needs of any business model, improve wayfinding, and define a roadmap for a more personalized experience.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and data science across time zones to ship high-impact functionality that delights users and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, design, or engineering with 3+ years in senior decisions
• Strong UI/UX principles and best practices
• Experience influencing technical roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Make the Dashboard easier to use and more powerful
• Own the strategy and roadmap that makes the Dashboard uniquely good for any business model
• Collaborate with engineering and design across time zones to ship high-impact functionality that delights users, product teams, and third‑party developers
• Define and track success metrics for quality and performance
• Partner with senior leadership to understand and uphold ambitions for quality at scale
