Job summary

Stripe is seeking an senior Product Designer for the Dashboard team to shape user experiences for merchants. You will partner with Engineering and Product Management to translate strategic goals into elegant, testable designs that feel like they were built for every Stripe user.

You will connect business objectives to product opportunities, guide roadmaps, and present work to leadership, driving craft, clarity, and impact across product areas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience at a tech, product-driven company.
• Able to turn ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear visions.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive design strategy.
• Navigate complexity and distill it into simple, intuitive solutions.
• Translate business objectives into customer-centered design opportunities.
• Confident presenting work to leadership with clear storytelling.
• Strong visual design and craft skills.
