Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Designer to help build and refine the Stripe Dashboard. You will design, concept, and prototype high-quality core dashboard experiences that empower merchants to manage their Stripe products effectively.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to shape strategy, iterate on designs, and deliver user-centered surfaces. A strong portfolio and 4+ years of design experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant design experience.
• A portfolio showcasing strong UI design skills.
• Experience partnering closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive product direction.
• Demonstrated ability to wrangle competing priorities, user and business needs to a solution.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Stripe ecosystem, users, and UI to inform product direction.
• Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that evolve core surfaces and elevate the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, user researchers, and content designers to shape strategy and execution.
• Share work regularly in design reviews and actively contribute to a culture of feedback and iteration.
