Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling software platforms.
• Experience owning complex, technical products end to end, including platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML capabilities.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear strategy, crisp requirements, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Fluency working with engineering and design teams on technical trade-offs and cloud infrastructure considerations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and use data to guide decisions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, and ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions.
• A high bar for quality, strong product judgment, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for a core area of the Harvey platform, aligning it with company strategy and customer needs.
• Work with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to ship high-quality products on a predictable cadence and own the outcomes.
• Own the infrastructure planning, prioritization, and roadmapping; communicate crisp prioritization decisions.
• Define metrics that matter for your area and hold the team accountable to them.
• Ensure customer feedback, competitive dynamics, and technical realities inform product direction.
• Raise the product bar through rigorous specs, reviews, and decision-making.
• Architect multi-region deployment strategies and develop observability infrastructure.
