Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Credit & Pricing team. You will shape how consumers discover, understand, and use available credit, guiding strategies across shopping, repayment, and marketing to create intuitive experiences.

You will own the product direction, translate strategy into priorities, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial, and Legal to balance user needs with growth and risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, e-commerce, or similar environments.
• Experience leading multiple teams and setting directional strategy.
• Strong analytical, experimental, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex systems into intuitive experiences.
• Customer research and market insight drive prioritization and design.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for consumer credit experiences across shopping, repayment, and marketing.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, and Legal.
• Set priorities and resolve tradeoffs to balance customer needs, growth, and risk.
• Drive measurable results with discovery, experimentation, and funnel analysis.
