Affirm is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Credit & Pricing to shape consumer credit experiences from discovery to activation. You will own strategy across shopping, repayment, and marketing, turning complex capabilities into intuitive products that drive engagement and trust.

You will lead with a clear vision, partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, and Legal, and use research and experiments to prioritize opportunities while maintaining responsible access to credit.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, ecommerce, or complex environments.
• Proven ability to set direction for a large product area and align teams.
• Clear communication and strong consumer trust in product decisions.
• Ability to connect long-term opportunities to practical platform decisions.
• Experience using customer research and experiments to guide priorities.
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and owning outcomes.
• Curiosity about credit, lending, personalization, or AI-powered experiences.

Responsabilités

• Define a cohesive product vision for consumer credit experiences across shopping, repayment, and marketing.
• Translate strategy into priorities for multiple teams and drive execution.
• Create intuitive experiences to explore financing options before checkout.
• Own merchant prequalification and purchasing power experiences with partner teams.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making on tradeoffs between user needs, risk, and growth.
• Measure success with funnel analysis and experimentation, improving activation and conversion.
