Job summary

Fleetio is expanding its Product team with a Staff Product Manager to own how we capture and activate real-time vehicle data. You will build a new product line from the ground up and drive partnerships, data strategy, and the end-to-end user experience for fleet operators.

You will lead ambiguous bets, align cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing, and shape the data standards and monetization model for a mission-critical product in a growing SaaS business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, shipping and scaling modern B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading ambiguous 0→1 bets with significant impact.
• Experience building and managing strategic partner or ecosystem relationships.
• Track record turning a strong technical product into a scaled business through packaging, monetization, and GTM.
• Experience with hybrid PLG and SLG motions.
• Strategic, analytical, creative, and data-informed in how you work.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fleetio's connected-vehicle data end to end.
• Own Fleetio's connected device strategy.
• Build data partnerships with telematics, OEM, and connected-vehicle data sources.
• Lead 0→1 discovery and delivery of experiences enabled by data (live fleet visualization, location intelligence, geofencing).
• Grow Fleetio's ecosystem of integrations and partnerships across vehicles, OEMs, and data providers.
• Standardize data so it's trustworthy, comparable, and actionable across Fleetio.
