Fleetio is a modern software platform that helps thousands of organizations worldwide manage their fleet operations. We are expanding our product team to build telematics and connected-vehicle data capabilities from capture to product delivery.

As Principal Product Manager, you will own end-to-end strategy and roadmap, collaborate with hardware partners, and drive initiatives from zero to one, turning data into trusted fleet insights and new business lines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management for B2B SaaS
• Experience with telematics, OEM, or IoT data
• Experience building and managing strategic partner or ecosystem relationships
• Track record turning technical products into scaled businesses
• Experience with hybrid PLG and SLG motions
• Strategic, analytical, and data-informed in decision making
• Embody core values of intelligence, intensity, integrity, ownership

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for telematics and connected-vehicle data end to end
• Own connected hardware strategy including white-label and OEM device relationships
• Build data partnerships from source to product, enabling fleets to connect
• Lead 0→1 bets and ship partner-driven capabilities from ground up
• Drive live fleet visualization, location intelligence, and sensor insights experiences
• Grow Fleetio's ecosystem of integrations and strategic partners
• Standardize data so it is trustworthy and actionable across Fleetio
• Lead partnerships with Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and CX
• Turn complex data into actionable intelligence and enable partner-driven experiences
• Represent Fleetio's product team in external collaborations
• Collaborate across teams to improve positioning, launches, and retention
