Job summary

ChargePoint is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Fleet Software to own the software product strategy and roadmap for our fleet vertical. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product, you will manage the full lifecycle of ChargePoint’s fleet platforms in North America and Europe, from maintaining existing solutions such as ViriCiti to building new platforms for truck and autonomous vehicle fleets.

This is an individual contributor role partnering with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams

Qualifications

• 12 years of product management experience in software products.
• Experience managing and evolving existing platforms while defining new products.
• Experience with fleet operators, commercial vehicle customers, or logistics preferred.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering teams on software architecture, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Customer‑obsessed and data‑driven, with experience translating qualitative and quantitative data into product decisions.
• Analytical, collaborative, and able to work as an individual contributor in a matrixed org.
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Based in North America.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for ChargePoint’s fleet software platforms.
• Drive evolution of existing platforms and scale for future growth.
• Define and build net-new software products for emerging fleet segments (truck and autonomous fleets).
• Translate customer needs and market trends into clear requirements and success metrics with engineering and design.
• Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and data science to align on opportunities and drive adoption.
• Engage with fleet customers to understand workflows and evolving software needs.
• Communicate product vision and trade-offs to stakeholders from engineering to leadership.
