Job summary
Great American Insurance Group’s Corporate Claims division is seeking an Associate Technical Product Manager to act as the business-side Product Owner for Claims technology initiatives. You will partner with IT to translate business needs into user stories and drive delivery from concept to launch, including AI solutions.
The role requires strong Claims domain knowledge, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills, with on-site four days a week and one remote day to support flexible
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 3+ years in P&C insurance, claims operations, product management, business analysis, or tech delivery.
- Strong communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex processes and propose practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and prioritizing the product roadmap aligned to business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and technical specs with engineering.
- Oversee product development lifecycle from concept to launch and ensure timely delivery.
- Track product performance metrics and drive improvements.
