Job summary

Coalition Inc. is seeking a senior product leader to unify underwriting, claims, and security into one cohesive risk lifecycle. You will lead a team of PMs across three domains, shape the strategy, and align stakeholders from Engineering, Data, Actuarial, and Finance.

You will drive AI-enabled decisioning, platform migrations, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize pricing, loss outcomes, and policy administration. This role is remote-first with broad scope and high impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, with several years leading and developing product managers.
• Track record owning a multi-domain or platform portfolio and setting strategy across areas.
• Experience leading in technically deep, data-heavy product areas and partnering with Data/Engineering.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience with major platform migrations or systems transformations.
• Excellent communication and influence across senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a build mindset for cross-domain operation.
• Daily fluency with AI tools as part of product work.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for underwriting, claims, and security as one risk lifecycle.
• Build and develop the product team across three domains, setting high performance standards.
• Align security telemetry with underwriting, pricing with claims, and loss outcomes.
• Own the product surface enabling security adoption and scalable value demonstration.
• Partner with Data and Engineering to advance model-driven workflows and automated decisioning.
• Drive platform evolution and migrations across the portfolio with engineering.
• Define cross-domain success metrics and prioritize based on data and impact.
• Represent areas to executives, brokers, and cross-functional partners; influence outcomes.
