We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own how clients get found in search and AI. This is a platform leadership role: set the strategy, ship with your own engineering team, and collaborate with design, client success, and sales to drive revenue and adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management with end-to-end ownership and revenue responsibility.
• Ability to build a business case, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong customer intimacy and ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and results for organic discovery and AI visibility across every site on the platform.
• Spend real time with clients and internal teams, turning learnings into a clear roadmap.
• Build the business case for the roadmap and tie it to retention, revenue, and outcomes.
• Make brands, listings, and expertise legible to AI assistants and measure citations and visibility.
• Own the technical foundations for client sites, partnering with engineering for scalable solutions.
• Prove changes on representative site groups, then scale what works.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, client success, and sales to land launches.
