Luxury Presence is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the SEO and AI visibility solutions for many real estate websites. You will set strategy, ship with an engineering team, and establish the defaults, standards, and safeguards that scale across the fleet.

You will lead technical foundations, experiments, and migrations, ensuring content is legible to AI assistants while driving client outcomes and platform-wide organic performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined across SEO and product management, including 3+ years shipping with engineering teams.
• Experience owning search for a platform hosting many independent domains.
• Strong understanding of rendering, crawl/index management, and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility across all sites.
• Lead technical foundations: crawlability, indexation, rendering, data, and performance.
• Run experimentation programs to measure incremental impact at scale.
• Set platform-level goals and report progress to leadership.
