• Spend time with clients and teams, turning learnings into a clear roadmap.
• Build the business case for your roadmap and tie it to retention and revenue.
• Define how to measure citations and visibility across AI answer engines.
• Own the technical foundations, partnering with engineering for scalable solutions.
• Ship with engineering and design partners, writing clear requirements.
• Collaborate with client success, sales, and marketing to ensure successful launches.
