Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own how clients get found in search and AI across our real estate platform. This platform product requires balancing the needs of site visitors, crawlers/AI readers, and real estate businesses whose revenue depends on visibility.

You will set strategy, lead an in-house engineering team, and partner with design, client success, and sales to drive value. You will own the roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility, build a strong business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including owning a product line end to end.
• Able to tie roadmap to retention and revenue and own the result.
• Close to customers with ability to translate business needs into product outcomes.
• Experience turning ambiguity into momentum and making timely calls.
• Strong point of view on AI search and SEO with credible technical depth.
• Proven ability to ship product with design and engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and results for organic discovery and AI visibility across all client sites.
• Engage with clients and cross-functional teams to gather insights and shape the roadmap.
• Build the business case for your roadmap and measure impact on retention and revenue.
• Define how brands, listings, and expertise are legible to AI assistants and how citations are measured.
• Own technical foundations for client sites, collaborating with engineering for scalable solutions.
• Test changes on representative groups of sites, prove impact, and scale successful approaches.
• Write clear requirements for engineering and design partners to enable fast delivery.
• Collaborate with client success, sales, and marketing to ensure successful launches.
