Job summary

Luxury Presence is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own SEO and AI visibility for a real estate platform serving thousands of independent sites. You will set strategy, ship with an engineering team, and define defaults and safeguards that scale across the fleet.

You will lead a platform-wide approach to rendering, crawl/index, data, and migrations while measuring impact and ensuring high-quality organic discovery for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined SEO and product management experience.
• 3+ years shipping with engineering teams.
• Own search for a platform with many independent domains.
• Deep technical foundations across rendering, JS SEO, crawl/index, data, performance, migrations.
• Treat bots and AI as users of a website.
• Strong experimentation and measurement discipline.
• Current point of view on AI search and visibility.
• Proficient with AI as a working tool.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility across every site on the platform.
• Own the technical foundations across page types: crawlability, indexation, rendering, internal linking, structured data, and page performance.
• Productize recurring issues to improve defaults, automation, and safeguards across the fleet.
• Define how we measure citations and visibility across AI answer engines.
• Run a real experimentation program with cohort testing and controlled releases.
• Oversee migration quality and regression prevention with automation checks.
• Collaborate with website platform teams to bake search in from the start.
• Set platform-level goals for organic performance and client outcomes.
