Job summary

MongoDB seeks a Staff Product Manager for the IT Go-to-Market Partner Management team in Palo Alto. You will own internal technology products enabling partner platforms, AI capabilities, and workflows to boost seller productivity and deal velocity.

You will partner with GTM, Partner, and Sales teams to define strategy, drive adoption, and deliver scalable solutions that support diverse partner types and ecosystem integrations.

Qualifications

12+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms.
Experience building or managing PRM, partner operations, or channel platforms.
Strong understanding of deal registration, attribution, and partner workflows.
Experience with AI native, custom build, or Salesforce-based partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy for partner-first GTM and PRM capabilities.
Build scalable workflows for Partner onboarding, deal registration, attribution, approvals, and partner operations.
Drive AI-enabled automation for partner administration and lifecycle management.
Define integrations between Salesforce, partner platforms, telemetry, and internal systems.
Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing business impact.
