Coursera is seeking a product leader to shape the strategic vision for our search experience across the product suite. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and university partnerships to build a learner-centric, ML/AI-driven discovery experience at scale.

You will drive the roadmap with cross-functional teams, balancing user value with revenue goals, and you will lead a high-impact product initiative from ideation to launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management leading consumer-facing products with revenue responsibility.
• 2+ years in search, personalization, or recommendation features.
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives from ideation to launch.
• Quantitative (A/B testing, multivariate) and qualitative research skills.
• Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for next‑gen search capabilities to help users discover relevant learning content.
• Own conversational search across Coursera, ensuring an integrated AI experience.
• Improve search accuracy with IR/ML, embeddings, and multilingual search techniques.
• Conduct rapid experiments to understand market trends and user behavior.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth through personalized learner experiences.
• Define and track KPIs to measure conversion and merchandising effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other Product teams to align on business goals.
