Coursera + Udemy is hiring a Staff Product Manager to shape the platform's product vision and deliver learner and partner experiences at global scale. You will operate at the crossroads of strategy and execution, focusing on AI‑driven features that matter to users.

You will own end-to-end initiatives, partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams, and translate customer insights into scalable solutions that boost growth and engagement for millions of learners and enterprise partners

Qualifications

Experience building AI-driven products and features.
Track record from zero to launch in unclear environments.
Strong communication and collaboration across design, eng, and data.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy for a high-priority Coursera platform area.
Own end-to-end content creation experience for Udemy & Coursera.
Make independent product calls in fast-moving environments.
Translate customer insights into scalable solutions that drive growth.
Lead execution from ideation to launch with measurable outcomes.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver AI-powered features.
Use data and feedback to inform decisions and improve.
Mentor peers and contribute to a high-performing product organization.
