Job summary

Intuit is hiring a Staff PM for the Platform Developer Experience team in Mountain View to accelerate the velocity of thousands of developers. You will own measurement frameworks, define platform abstractions, and ship AI-native tooling that integrates with IDEs and production pipelines.

You will influence across infrastructure, data, and operations, defining multi-year roadmaps and driving adoption without mandates. The role emphasizes scalability, reliability, and executive-level storytelling.

Qualifications

7+ years of PM experience in platform products at scale.
Hands-on ownership of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, VPC, Kubernetes).
Experience with AI/ML developer tooling, data platforms, and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

Define platform-wide product strategy and multi-year roadmaps grounded in developer research and telemetry.
Own the 3x Developer Velocity measurement framework and dashboards for leadership and developers.
Define platform abstractions to prevent fragmentation as the ecosystem scales.
Ship AI-native platform experiences that transform how developers interact with infrastructure, data, and operations.
Operate with a builder mindset, contribute to innersource repositories, drive adoption, and turn developer friction into product opportunities.
Partner across multiple teams to align requirements and unblock delivery.
Serve as a product evangelist in executive forums and external communities.
Translate high-ambiguity charters into executable roadmaps.
