As a Staff PM, you will shape AI-native platform design, partner across many teams, and deliver scalable, measurable improvements in developer velocity. This role emphasizes cross-functional impact and strategic execution in Mountain View.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PM experience in platform products at scale.
• Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS).
• Familiarity with operational data platforms and data lakes.
• Experience with AI/ML developer tooling and IDE integrations.
• Knowledge of reliability practices, testing, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define platform-wide product strategy and multi-year roadmaps grounded in developer research and telemetry.
• Own the 3x Developer Velocity measurement framework and build leadership dashboards.
• Define platform abstractions to prevent fragmentation as the ecosystem scales.
• Ship AI-native platform experiences such as MCP servers and native tooling for developers.
• Prototype solutions, contribute to innersource, and drive rapid adoption across teams.
