Job summary

Calendly is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the core Scheduling team, hybrid in the Bay Area with in-office presence twice weekly. You will guide a category-defining product into the AI era, focusing on intuitive, proactive scheduling experiences.

You will collaborate across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive outcomes and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes 8–10+ years in product management, SaaS growth, and a strong customer focus, with opportunities to lead

Qualifications

8–10 years of varied PM experiences across startups and scaled companies
Experience building 0-to-1 SaaS products and scaling in a product-led growth environment
Strong empathy for customers and ability to design delightful experiences

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and craft a strategic product roadmap for new initiatives
Prioritize feature requirements and partner with Design, Research, Engineering (R&D)
Collaborate with GTM teams for successful product launches across segments
Drive adoption, engagement, and retention of new use cases to unlock more product capabilities
Define and measure OKRs and KPIs to support strategy and roadmap decisions
