Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B, marketplace, or enterprise contexts.
• Proven track record shipping AI or automation within human workflows with guardrails.
• Experience integrating products with CRM, ERP, file storage, and related systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end request-to-quote experience for key customers.
• Redesign the intake funnel to reduce hand-offs and improve self-serve paths.
• Define AI agent roles and safety criteria before engineering starts.
• Build MCP-to-ERP integrations to connect agents with business systems.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders and define a 6–12 month roadmap.
