Constructor.io invites a Staff Product Manager for Agentic Discovery to own AI-powered surfaces and the business tooling that drives visibility and control for commercial outcomes. You will lead the strategy for agentic experiences and partner with ML, engineering, and go-to-market to ship impactful products.

This fully remote role emphasizes measurable business impact, scalable experimentation, and cross-functional leadership across on-site and offsite experiences to unify the agentic portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in AI/ML, agentic, search, or discovery products.
• Track record of moving business metrics at scale (usage, conversion, revenue, engagement).
• Experience designing tooling, dashboards, and controls for business users.
• Deep understanding of AI/LLM-based experiences and tradeoffs.
• Comfort with zero-to-one ambiguity and scaling.
• Strong, measurement-first mindset tied to outcomes.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership across ML, engineering, design, and GTM.
• Trust, explainability, transparency, and guardrails as core requirements.
• Ability to define direction where none exists and lead with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own business impact, not just features.
• Provide transparency and control to business teams through dashboards and tooling.
• Scale experimentation into repeatable processes for new interfaces.
• Set multi-quarter vision for Agentic Discovery and rally teams.
• Lead the business-tooling and dashboard experience first, shaping strategy and roadmap.
• Unite on-site and offsite surfaces and integrations behind a single definition of success.
• Turn AI capability into shipped experiences with quality, latency, cost and reliability.
• Define metrics and instrumentation to prove agentic discovery delivers business outcomes.
• Keep trust at the center with guardrails and explainability.
