Xometry in Waltham, MA is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Design for Manufacturability (DFM). You will own strategy, roadmap, and AI-enabled workflows to scale manufacturability reviews across geographies, partnering with data science and ML teams to improve models and precision.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team spanning engineering, UX, pricing, and sourcing, defining metrics that drive cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience in AI/ML-powered or technical products (B2B/marketplace/manufacturing)
Experience owning a system of record and human-in-the-loop workflows
Designing policy-driven workflows (approval routing, escalation) across regions

Responsibilities

Define and drive a multi-year DFM roadmap across Xometry
Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench as the source of truth for orders
Collaborate with data science and ML engineering to improve manufacturability models
Define and track metrics like handle time, sign-off latency, and regional rework
Lead cross-functional workstreams between engineering, UX, sourcing, pricing, and quality signals
