Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for DFM to own strategy and roadmaps, automating manufacturability reviews across geographies. You’ll partner with data science and ML teams to improve AI-driven assessments, shaping how orders are routed and reviewed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management in AI/ML or technical B2B contexts.
• Experience owning a system of record used across multiple downstream systems.
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows (approval routing, tiered sign-off).
• Ability to operate across regions and stakeholder groups with global design standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for engineers and executives.
• Strong, data-driven prioritization and experimentation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes/DFM principles (CNC, sheet metal, additive, injection molding).
• Experience partnering with data science/ML teams to deploy models.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for DFM across Xometry to accelerate quality and speed.
• Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench as the single source of truth for orders.
• Collaborate with data science and ML engineers to improve manufacturability models.
• Define and track key metrics and use insights to prioritize the roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and present strategy and ROI to executives.
