Job summary

Xometry, a leader in on-demand manufacturing, seeks a Staff Product Manager for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) in Lexington, KY. You will own the strategy and roadmap to automate manufacturability reviews across geographies, combining manufacturing expertise with AI/ML to scale the process.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Sourcing, and Sales to deliver a global DFM workbench, track key metrics, and drive measurable improvements in cycle time and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management for AI/ML-powered or technical B2B products.
• Experience owning a system of record used by multiple downstream systems.
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows and escalation logic.
• Ability to operate across regions with a single global design standard.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for engineers and executives.
• Data-driven prioritization to improve cycle time and quality.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM principles.
• Experience partnering with data science and ML engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year DFM roadmap across Xometry.
• Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench as source of truth.
• Collaborate with data science and ML engineering to improve models.
• Define metrics like DFM handle time and RMA rate to guide priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate strategy to leadership.
