Job summary

Xometry in Lexington, KY is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) to own strategy and roadmaps for scalable manufacturability reviews across geographies. You will partner with data science, ML engineering, and engineering teams to build an AI-driven workbench and improve the part-quality lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in product management for AI-powered or technical products, with experience in B2B marketplaces and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in AI/ML-powered or technical products in a B2B, marketplace, or manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Experience owning a system of record or complex data contract and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows (e.g., approval routing, tiered sign-off, escalation logic).
• Comfort operating across regions and stakeholder groups to hold a single global design standard.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven prioritization, experimentation, and measuring impact on cycle time, quality, and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM principles is a strong plus; ability to delve into geometry-based feasibility rules.
• Track record partnering with data science and ML engineering teams to ship models into production.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for DFM across Xometry.
• Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench and its single source of truth for orders.
• Collaborate with data science and ML engineering to improve manufacturability models.
• Define metrics and track ROI, sign-off latency, and regional rework to guide prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and present strategy to executive leadership.
