Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) to own the strategy, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-functional execution across global teams. You will shape how manufacturability reviews are automated, scaled, and integrated into the customer lifecycle, balancing technical depth with business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B, marketplace, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience owning a system of record or complex data contracts with human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows and escalation logic.
• Comfort operating across regions and stakeholder groups to maintain a global design standard.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year DFM roadmap across Xometry, enabling AI reviewers and staff.
• Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench as the single source of truth for order requirements.
• Collaborate with data science and ML teams to improve manufacturability models and datasets.
• Define and track metrics like DFM handle time, sign-off latency, and regional rework to guide priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Data Science, UX, Sourcing, Pricing, and Quality.
