Job summary

Xometry, a Nasdaq-listed company, is hiring a Staff Product Manager for DFM to own the strategy and roadmap for manufacturability reviews across geographies, blending manufacturing domain expertise with AI/ML to scale the process.

You will lead the Intelligent DFM Workbench, collaborate with data science and ML engineering, and drive metrics like cycle time and quality while aligning with executive priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B or marketplace environments.
• Experience owning a system of record and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows (approval routing and escalation).
• Ability to operate across regions with a single global design standard.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers and executives.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM principles (CNC, sheet metal, additive, injection molding) is a strong plus.
• Track record partnering with data science/ML teams to ship models into production (vision, 3D analysis, or LLM/VLM) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or related field; MBA/MS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year DFM roadmap across Xometry.
• Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench and its data records.
• Collaborate with data science and ML engineering to improve models.
• Define metrics and prioritize the roadmap based on ROI and impact.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Sourcing, Pricing, and Quality.
