Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for DFM to define, automate, and scale manufacturability review across geographies. You will own the Intelligent DFM Workbench, partner with data science to improve models, and drive a global design standard while balancing regional needs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, AI/ML-enabled decision making, and measuring impact on cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction. Hybrid work is supported in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B, marketplace, or manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Experience owning a system of record and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows and multi-regional product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year DFM roadmap across global markets.
• Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench as the single source of truth for orders.
• Collaborate with data science/ML to improve manufacturability models and feedback loops.
• Lead cross-functional alignment among Eng, Data Science, UX, Sourcing, Pricing, and Quality.
• Define metrics (cycle time, sign-off latency, RMA) and prioritize the roadmap.
