Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for DFM to own the strategy and roadmap for manufacturability review through AI across geographies. You will lead the Intelligent DFM Workbench— the single source of truth read by staff and viewed by Buyers and Partners— and partner with data science to improve models and workflows.

You will drive measurable outcomes and collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sourcing, Pricing, and Order Systems to deliver high-impact results in a global marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a B2B, marketplace, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience owning a system of record and end-to-end workflows.
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows (routing, sign-off, escalation).
• Comfort operating across regions and stakeholder groups for a global design standard.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engineers and executives.
• Data-driven prioritization, experimentation, and measuring impact on cycle time and quality.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (DFM) and geometry-based feasibility rules.
• Track record partnering with data science/ML teams to ship models to production.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS; MBA/MS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for DFM across Xometry.
• Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench as the single source of truth.
• Collaborate with data science and ML engineering to improve models and workflows.
• Define and track key metrics to prioritize the roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Data Science, UX, Sourcing, Pricing, and Order Systems.
