You will mentor the team, align with executives, and identify new opportunities while applying AI where it adds value. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with senior experience.
• Proven track record launching B2B/B2C products.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, designers and marketers.
• Technical understanding and agile development experience.
• Leadership to mentor teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Familiar with Jira, Asana, ClickUp and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision and strategy aligned to company goals.
• Manage full lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with software, design, data, CX and marketing teams to ship on time.
• Analyze market trends, user feedback and performance metrics.
• Apply AI where it adds value and guide bets from ideation to enablement.
• Represent customer voice and prioritize features by impact.
