Role Summary

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Staff Product Manager to drive high‑impact product initiatives and deliver solutions that scale. A Day in the Life

As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our product roadmap. From collaborating with cross‑functional teams to launching complex, customer‑centric products, you’ll guide every step of the product lifecycle. Your ability to communicate product vision, align teams, and drive decision‑making will ensure our products consistently meet and exceed business and customer goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality products on time.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision‑making.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
  • Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and helping elevate the team’s capabilities.
  • Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives.
  • Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff‑level role.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.
  • Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.
  • Ability to mentor, lead teams, and influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, data‑driven decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
Work Environment
  • Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
  • Ability to work in a confined area.
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time; occasional stooping or kneeling may be necessary.
  • Regular requirement to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.
  • Specific vision abilities required due to computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting required.
  • Regular, predictable attendance required.
Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $151,038.00 - $234,109.00
