Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Agentic Platform, the foundational layer serving domain workstreams across GTM, HR, Finance, and Product.

You will collaborate with Application Engineering, the CIO organization, and domain teams to deliver enterprise‑grade capabilities, governance, and scalable developer experiences that accelerate idea‑to‑production cycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years on internal platform or developer‑experience products.
• Deep experience building platforms that other teams build on; strong opinions on API design and self‑service.
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML platforms or agentic systems; understanding of agent runtimes and evaluation.
• Ability to read architecture diagrams, discuss trade-offs with engineers, and prioritize deeply technical work.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentic Platform strategy and roadmap; define ships and order with measurable success.
• Define and drive the agent runtime, orchestration, and governance framework across providers.
• Build the MCP connector ecosystem for bidirectional integration with systems of record.
• Establish the intelligence layer with knowledge graphs, context graphs, and memory; ensure traceability across sources.
