Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the People Pod to own a zero-to-one product area shaping the internal employee and manager experience.

You will drive advanced agentic automation and AI-enabled workflows that span HR, recruiting, and performance management, coordinating with IT, engineering, and design teams. In this role, you’ll define strategy, measure adoption and efficiency, and translate complex stakeholder needs into scalable, automated solutions that improve productivity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience leading enterprise/internal initiatives.
• Specialist domain in human resources, hiring, retention, and performance workflows.
• Hands-on with agentic automation, LLM orchestration and AI-driven workflows.
• Ability to own a domain end-to-end, linking automation to scale and employee experience.
• Strong data fluency and enterprise governance practices (RBAC/ABAC).
• Comfortably lead through ambiguity and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy for unified employee and manager experiences.
• Design, build, and deploy intelligent automation workflows on the Databricks platform.
• Lead talent acquisition, hiring, and performance management domains.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide rapid iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to evangelize the roadmap.
