Job summary

Loop is seeking an exceptional Staff Product Manager to own the roadmap, execution, discovery, and vision for its agentic products. Start with the BI product and expand across the portfolio, potentially defining strategy for the entire line over time.

You will work alongside leadership to align revenue projections and validate market theses, collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver working prototypes to partners.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in product with staff-level impact.
• Track record of taking a product from early traction to real scale.
• Deep hands-on AI fluency and ability to prototype with AI agents.
• Exceptional discovery, roadmapping, and ruthless prioritization.
• Able to engage customers from hands-on users to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Own Loop's agentic product strategy and roadmap, starting with BI and expanding the portfolio.
• Be accountable for outcomes: adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue.
• Lead world-class discovery and ruthlessly prioritize what to build.
• Own the product experience end to end; drive UX and staffing decisions.
• Balance market sizing, pricing, and sales projections with specs, releases, and bug fixes.
• Ship fast with engineering; prototype using AI coding agents and write code when needed.
• Define what 'agentic' means at Loop and set a high bar for product behavior.
