Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Manager to spearhead the product strategy for Ads Trust & Safety, architecting scalable systems for ad review, advertiser trust, fraud prevention, and platform safeguards.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Policy, Legal, Sales, and Product Marketing to deliver durable solutions that protect users and advertisers while enabling hyper-growth of Reddit’s ads business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with a proven history of owning complex, highly cross-functional product domains.
• Domain Expertise: Digital advertising, advertiser workflows, ad policy, trust and safety, fraud prevention, or platform integrity.
• Advanced Systems Thinking: The ability to reason holistically across user experience, policy frameworks, operational workflows, data pipelines, and technical architecture.
• Intelligent Automation: Hands-on experience building products that blend automation, human review, feedback loops, machine learning, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Ambiguity to Execution: Lead ambiguous product spaces from zero to strategy, through execution, using data and metrics to prioritize and guide trade-offs.
• Influence & Communication: Elite cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority and distill complex topics into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Vision: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Ads Integrity, including ad review, fraud prevention, advertiser trust, and platform quality.
• Balance the Ecosystem: Balance advertiser experience, user safety, operational efficiency, business impact, and regulatory landscapes in every decision.
• Unite Cross-Functional Partners: Lead alignment with Engineering, Policy, Legal, Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, and broader product teams.
• Translate Insights into Action: Convert advertiser pain points and integrity risks into concrete requirements, metrics, and outcomes.
• Innovate & Automate: Identify opportunities to enhance automation, improve decision quality, and systemize enforcement across early-stage and scaling environments.
