Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Ads Signals & Onboarding to define the long-term strategy for advertiser-facing signal products, including pixel, CAPI, and MMP onboarding.

You'll partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Privacy, Legal, and Sales to set priorities, build a scalable ingestion/validation framework, and drive business impact across global campaigns. This role offers 100% remote capability and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience launching advertising-platform products.
• Experience with advertiser onboarding or management in ad tech.
• Hands-on product experience with data-connection products such as pixels, CAPI, and MMPs.
• Deep understanding of the performance advertising ecosystem and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the signals from pixels, CAPI, and MMPs.
• Advocate a clear vision for the signals space with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Iterate on onboarding and signal-management products for setup, monitoring, and management.
• Improve signal ingestion, normalization, retention, and storage.
• Partner with Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights, and Reporting teams to define activation and quality thresholds.
• Define measurable onboarding and quality goals and use data to prioritize the roadmap.
