Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the long-term strategy for advertiser-facing onboarding and signal management products. You will align executives across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Partnerships, and Privacy to drive a scalable signals platform for ads.

You will shape onboarding experiences, establish quality thresholds, and collaborate with Targeting, Attribution, and Reporting teams to deliver measurable impact on ad performance and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with a track record launching ad-tech platforms.
• Experience managing advertiser onboarding or onboarding for ad tech products.
• Hands-on work with data-connection products (pixels, CAPI, MMPs).

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, partnerships, and roadmap for signals from pixels, CAPI, and MMPs.
• Advocate a clear vision for signals with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Iterate advertiser-facing onboarding and signal-management products for setup and monitoring.
• Improve ingestion, normalization, retention, and unified storage foundations.
• Strengthen signal quality with validation and debugging frameworks for stakeholders.
