FurtherAI Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to build AI agent surfaces for insurance workflows, including authoring tools, chat assistants, and multimodal experiences. You will own features end-to-end across the stack, mentor peers, and help set the quality and taste bar for product experiences.

You will work with an elite team of engineers and founders, delivering ambitious, high-impact products that transform how insurance professionals operate daily.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production full-stack software with customer-facing surface.
• Excellent full-stack: modern front end (React/TypeScript) and back end (Python).
• Strong product/UX judgment and taste.

Responsibilities

• Build the product surface for AI agents handling insurance work.
• Ship end-to-end features across the stack (React/TypeScript front end, Python back end).
• Mentor others and set quality standards.
