Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in semiconductor test, characterization, yield analysis, and production test methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical investigations and clearly communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end characterization plans for silicon products and processes.
• Analyze characterization and yield data across ATE and SLT.
• Lead cross-functional debug with Product Engineering, Test, Design, Platform, and Fab teams.
• Investigate silicon failures to identify root causes and coverage gaps.
• Drive yield improvement through statistical analysis and collaborative debugging.
• Improve test flows to boost product quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Support pre-silicon test planning and feature evaluation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance test coverage and production readiness.
• Present findings and recommendations to engineering stakeholders.
