Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the Shop pod within FanApp. You will own end-to-end Shop design—from discovery to product detail and cart handoff—while shaping design direction, systems, and patterns across the pod.

You will prototype in the product environment and mentor other designers to raise the team’s craft. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to plan roadmap, influence prioritization, and ensure patterns stay coherent with the rest of the app.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in Product Design with staff-level scope across a team.
• Experience in ecommerce/merchandising design and driving user to buy decisions.
• Strong systems thinking with reusable patterns and components.
• Prototyping fluency across product code/app environments and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Shop design for discovery, browse, and product detail flows.
• Lead multi-milestone design programs and drive them to business outcomes.
• Contribute to FanApp design system patterns adopted by other pods.
• Mentor designers and raise design craft standards within the pod.
