Job summary

Packz, a NYC-based gamified collectibles platform, is hiring its first full-time product designer to own the user experience end-to-end on web and iOS. You will shape how Packz looks, feels, and works as we scale, balancing excitement, trust, and clarity in complex flows.

You’ll work closely with the founders and engineers, move between product thinking and high‑craft UI, and help establish the design system while maintaining startup speed and polish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience for consumer mobile/web.
• Strong portfolio with visual design, interaction design, and product judgment.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear product direction.

Responsibilities

• Own product design end-to-end across web and iOS.
• Lead core customer journey: pack discovery, purchasing, opening, reveal, collection, redemption, cash-out.
• Translate complex mechanics into intuitive UX.
• Collaborate with founders, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Use AI tools and prototyping to test ideas quickly.
• Establish and evolve design system and visual language.
