Job summary

Preply is looking for a Staff Product Designer to tackle some of our most complex product challenges. You will work with Product and Engineering to shape and evolve the product vision, turning strategy into exceptional experiences that ship.

This is a highly independent, hands-on IC role with opportunities to coach others and raise design standards across the team. You’ll own high-impact, greenfield initiatives, collaborating across product areas to push the boundaries of a human-led,

Qualifications

Staff/Lead level experience in a mature product design organisation.
Experience shaping product vision and strategy with Product and Engineering.
Strong interaction and visual craft.

Own complex work end-to-end.
Take on high-impact and greenfield challenges with a high degree of independence, from shaping the vision and direction through to the experience that ships.

Bring exceptional interaction and visual craft, thoughtful judgment, and a clear point of view - exploring alternatives, noticing the details others miss, and pushing beyond the obvious to create experiences that feel distinctly Preply.
