You’ll align with product, research, engineering, and design leaders to define the north star for our experience architecture, mentor senior designers, and evolve our design system with elegance and rigor.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design with system-level design, platform thinking and multi-surface experiences.
• Proven success leading design strategy and execution for high‑impact, high‑complexity initiatives.
• Portfolio showcasing visionary work balancing clarity, craft and strategic insight.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product direction at a senior leadership level.
• Experience mentoring and leading other designers, fostering autonomy and alignment.
• Mastery in information architecture, interaction design, and visual systems thinking.
• Exceptional communication skills and a track record of uniting stakeholders around a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design vision and strategy for cross‑product experiences at scale.
