Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing products in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding portfolio with case studies in typography, interaction and visual design
• Ability to tackle complex challenges and simplify experiences
• Ability to switch between design details and big-picture thinking
• Understanding of design systems and future directions of the field
• Learning mindset in a small evolving team
• Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leaders to translate strategy into initiatives.
• Own and execute high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes for users.
• Leverage AI design tools to explore and validate new ideas and interactions.
• Contribute to the design system for cohesive visual language across the product.
• Conduct user research to uncover pain points and inform设计 decisions.
• Represent the design team by upholding a high design bar and thoughtful decision-making.
