Job summary

Fieldguide is a remote-first startup redefining trust in audit and advisory. We’re hiring a Staff Product Designer to own complex, B2B SaaS design problems end-to-end, partnering with Product and Engineering to shape the product direction.

You’ll design AI-assisted workflows, influence senior leaders, and mentor peers while maintaining craft and systemic thinking. This role offers ownership, fast iteration, and a path to shaping core Fieldguide experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design, preferably for complex B2B SaaS.
• Strategic IC who decides which problems matter and mentors others.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex audit workflows from problem to shipped solution.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and roadmaps.
• Drive design execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear journeys and UI.
